KES was established in 2002 by the Managing Director Tim King and has gained International expertise in all types of projects since but specifically in the areas of Data Centre and Pharmaceutical HVAC services testing and handover.

We specialise in providing a wide range of services including HVAC Commissioning & Qualification, Water Treatment and Heat Load Testing.

KES provide a highly dynamic integrated service to the industry and are currently working on some of the largest construction projects within Ireland as well as the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Products and services

HVAC services Commissioning is our core business activity and involves the provision of commissioning management, digital commissioning test-packs and Test & Balance commissioning services.

KES has extensive experience in large scale Water Treatment for pipe work systems including pre-commissioning cleaning of LPHW, CHW, Cooling tower and steam lines as well as main line and domestic water system sterilisations.

We have developed an environmentally friendly filtration system for flushing large bore pipework, eliminating the need for a precommissioning chemical cleaner and reducing the quantity of water required and disposed of on a project.

Heat Load Testing computer room and data hall cooling equipment to be verified prior to installation of live equipment.
3-phase floor standing heaters provide predictable electrical & heat loads. This enables the testing of the electrical and cooling systems in a controlled environment.
