Abcon Industrial Products Ltd is the manufacturer of the high quality and reliable CavMac brand of Industrial Mandrel Built Hose Assemblies and is based in Ireland. CavMac Industrial Hose has been manufactured on the same site since 1977 and our products have been shipped to customers worldwide for 40 years.

Products and services

We manufacture Large Bore Rubber Hose, bespoke Hose assemblies and Technical Rubber Lined Products. Hose Assemblies are primarily manufactured for two key focus markets, Oil & Gas and Mining & Aggregate applications. They are used for the safe transport of a range of products including liquids in the oil and gas industries. Examples of these would be hydrocarbon products with aromatics contents of up to 100%, chemicals for oil and gas processes, drilling processes, waste liquids and aviation fuel.

Our expert team specialises in focusing on our customers’ individual specifications and needs. All CavMac products are designed, manufactured and tested in full compliance with accepted industry standards.

• EN ISO 9001:2008 FPAL Approved Supplier BS EN1762 BS EN1765 CavMac Hose Assemblies are manufactured and tested in compliance with the Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC TDT Poland have awarded CavMac Hose certification to manufacture rubber hose and hose assemblies for transport tanks and loading devices for our partner company: CONEL, Slawomir, Cygon in Poland
